What makes a good entry?

Two kinds of thing: OSCE cases (describe the radiograph/photo in words + the patient history + an interpret→diagnose→manage question chain with answers) and written MCQs (a stem + options + the answer(s) + why). Important about images: for now, describe the image in words and note where it's from — do not upload patient radiographs/photos here. Real images come through a separate consent-and-privacy channel we'll set up. Original content only.
